The brief

Barking Puppy needed every layer at once: brand identity, copy and content, on-chain tooling holders interact with daily, and the day-to-day community management that keeps a Solana memecoin community aligned over months, not just at launch.

The approach

How we built it.

  1. Voice came first. 'Actions before words. Proof before promises.' / 'The blockchain doesn't lie.' / 'Stand with the underdog.' Applied everywhere holders touch the brand, from the website to Discord pinned posts to charity drop announcements.

  2. Tooling layer: a PFP generator for holders to mint identity in the brand, a community game, and a live dashboard with automated Discord alerts on contract activity. The community has utility to point at, not just promises.

  3. Community management runs in parallel: moderation, content cadence, holder communications, and the steady drumbeat that turns a launch crowd into a real community of 7,000+ holders.
