Pick Project if
You need a defined rebuild: brand, website, positioning, or a tightly scoped system.
There is no useful price list for half-built brands. I scope against what is broken, what needs building, and how much needs to move at once.

How I scope work
We talk first because the same request can mean three different jobs. "New website" might mean positioning, copy, analytics, lead capture, or a rebuild of the whole front door. I quote once I know which job it is.
If the brief is too small, too early, or better handled by a specialist, I say that before a proposal appears. The work has to fit the business, the timing, and the person left running it.
