The North East Dog Photographer is a professional photographer specialising in capturing high-quality images of dogs in the North East, with over a decade of experience and a focus on prioritising dog welfare since establishing the business in 2012.
About
I take amazing photographs of your dogs in equally awesome places across the North East. EST 2012. Over a decade of experience putting dogs first. Whether your dog is a playful puppy or a senior in their golden years, I have the experience and expertise to showcase their best qualities. I'll work closely with you to ensure an enjoyable experience for both you and your dog. Every dog is different and having worked for over a decade as a dog training instructor, I find I'm uniquely qualified to help the shoot go smoothly. I've specialised in dogs for more than a decade and my gallery features breeds of all shapes and sizes. Most importantly I'm also capable of working with your dog even if some things in the world worry them...or over excite them! I work with you to ensure your dog is comfortable; before the shoot I'll ask about their traits, triggers and characteristics. I'm currently guardian to five dogs. I’ve had a camera for as a long as I can remember, and dogs for longer. My current family consists of four working cockers (three boys and a girl) and an Irish rescue collie cross girl.

Self-taught photographer creating cinematic portraits rooted in colour, contrast and atmosphere. My work blends bold lighting, gritty textures and imperfect moments to turn portraits into scenes that feel pulled from a film — dark, nostalgic and a little surreal.
